Wine drinking log. Two formats:
Quick Drink (日常隨飲)
File: YYYY-MM.md (one per month)
- One row per bottle
- Send photo to GEM仔 → she adds a row automatically
Tasting Session (正式場合)
File: YYYY-MM-DD Event Name.md
- One file per event
- Send all photos + event name to GEM仔 → she builds the full table
How to Start Logging
- Take a photo of the label
- Send to GEM仔 on Telegram
- Optionally add: rating (⭐–⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐), feeling, occasion
- GEM仔 identifies the wine, finds the vault profile, and logs it

Backlinks in producer profiles show all your tasting entries automatically.
